redeemer: When a dart, generally a T20, "redeems" two previous poor efforts.

round of nine: To throw three triples in one turn of cricket.

round the clock: A way of playing darts that involves hitting numbers in a certain sequence.

scrota: A dart aimed for treble 20, but actually ends up on double 20.

set: A scoring method used in many tournaments.

shaft: The section of the dart behind the barrel where the flights are mounted.

shanghai: The score of a single, double and triple in the same number. It can refer to a checkout of 120, and is often an automatic win.

single bull: On a dartboard with two concentric circles, this refers to outer circle that is usually green and worth 25 points.

spider: The metal web that divides the dartboard into sections.
